Hello,

Since I upgraded to 3.99 full version, I have been unable to edit any product variants. I don't get the drop down menu anymore, and when I click on variants in the edit product page, it refreshes the page I am on. I have not fully tested the error, but I believe this is occuring for all of the other menu items as well, but I originally noticed it using variants.

Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: In case it matters, I did also apply the hotfix.

I assume you are talking about the product setup screen? What version of the cart did you upgrade from? Can you try to change your skin to the default dnn skin and see if the menu works as it may be a css conflict with your skin.

I believe I upgraded from 3.97. I have tried changing the skin to the default full-width dnn skin and it still doesn't work.

Thank you. I would be willing to give you admin permissions to look at the shopping cart on my website if the problem cannot be easily located.

I would appreciate a status update on this, as it has been 1 1/2 weeks since I have been able to add/edit any products. Please advise if there is another solution.

We are replacing the asp menu used in the product setup area with a pure css menu that will fix this issue. Cart v4.0 with the new menu should be released by the end of the week.
