For some reason I can't access the downloads page anymore?

Please can you sort my access out, as I would like to get the latest build.

Please can someone attend to this.

I have 4 licenses with you, and I can't get access to the latest build cos my user profile seems to somehow have "lost" its role access. This is quite urgent.
