I'm going to start this as a separate thread. My client's site (2.99[3.99]) is not tracking coupon usage per purchase. Or at least I don't see where it is recording it. They are trying to do a customer appreciation program where they need to track usage of specific coupons.

Im not able to replicate this on our test portal. Do you have any errors in your dnn event viewer? I recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of the cart.
