So I have to rebuild a whole site and need to export all the products then re-import them into another domain. WHat's the best way currently please?

FOllowed the isntructions to a t, and it only partially worked. It brought all of the products into the cart, except most of the images did not come over, now the buttons don't work, and I get a

Error A critical error has occurred.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

On the product detail page.

I am bringing products from version 4.0.1 over to 4.0.2. IS this the problem?

Did you backup/restore the image files in the \Portals\(Portal Number)\SmithCart? As for your error, yes, you would need to upgrade from 4.0.1 to 4.0.2 in order to use 4.02. Also, I believe you talked to David this morning and he gave you the steps you need to go through inorder to get your site up and running.
