Shipping is getting taxed, even though "Tax Shipping Only For Taxable Products" is selected. The product isn't getting taxed, only the shipping.

Did you test this to see if it was happening on the www7 test site?

A) my login on the www7 site doesn't give me access.
B) It was working fine previous to the 4.0 upgrade

I belive you fully and completly :). I just didn't see if happening, so I was woundering if I was doing something diffrrent. I'll look into it and get back to you.
