The AjaxControlToolkit.dll is referenced in the project properties but I dont see a checkbox requiring a specific version that can be unchecked. In visual studio which option can be unchecked that references a specific version?

Highlight the reference to the AjaxControlToolkit, hit f4, change SpecificVersion to false.
