It woudl be highly desirable to have either a mobile version or if Smith Cart were mobile-optimized. Any plans? I know it's not on the roadmap, but thought I'd asked. Or do you have any recommendations for mobile use of the cart (Android or iphone). Thanks

I just tested the Smith Cart on my mobile phone which uses the Android OS. For mobile web application, intended to display in Android/Symbian OS, it renders absolutely fine, without any extra additions to the page. We will be doing research to test the Smith Cart with a module which detects other mobile devices and provides auto redirection to mobile optimized pages when a request is coming from a mobile device.

Thanks for the reply.  Yes, you're right that one can use the current cart on the Android and/or iphone (resolution 320x480). It's best if turned landscape and you do have to sometimes zoom in or out, which isn't a big problem. We have installed a mobile skin and it would be useful if we could have a second instance of the cart, where the skin for that instance would be the mobile. Good to know you're looking into the mobile issues. Thanks again.
