I was taking by test site a step further by testing what happens when I enter in the tracking number for a customer who ordered from us. The email gets sent off fine, but the subject line of the Ship Email is not correctly pulling the [ORDERNUMBER]
In the subject line, it shows, "Ship Confirmation for [ORDERNUMBER] with CompanyXYZ. The actual body of the email shows the order number correctly, but for some reason the subject is not pulling it over correctly.
