I get the following error when I go to checkout and confirm order. I am running version 3.98.0 DNN 05.06.02 (144) using an Authorize.net account on test mode.

Cannot Display Product URL : Input string was not in a correct format.

In the product setup screen have you entered weights for your products?  In the BuyNow module settings how do you have tax configured, did you enter a tax rate?

Also, upgrading your cart from 3.9 to 4.28 should help.
