I have my store set to require login before checkout - so user can add as many products as they want, but they must login or register before checking out.

So, one would assume that when a user is forced to register, that their information would be stored in their DNN profile, but I see whan I go to manage my user profile, NONE of the information captured during signup / purchase process is there?

Whats the point of making them signup and fill in this info, if its not going to be available in their profile? How can the user manage this info at a later stage (say their number changes, or their email changes etc ...)

Can't seem to find any help on this in the manual, so am asking here.

Hi Sian,

I just tries to replicate this issue but I was unable to. I set the Cart Settings to require login/register before checkout and the information was successfully added to their profile. But I may not have the same configuration as you. Can you login to our test site www16.smith-consulting.com/ and try to replicate the error. This will determine if the issue is with the latest version of the cart or an issue with your specific dnn portal/cart install.
