License Question

Hey guys,

I am an existing customer and had been using version 3.81. I purchased the maintenance plan and installed version 4.28 from the downloads page, however it is asking me to request a license key, which I did, but haven't heard anything. My question is, why doesn't my existing license key work as I have upgraded before? Thanks

Hi Ricky,

Copy the ProductList dll from the zip file to your \bin folder on your server.

I copied the ProductList dll from the bin folder of the 4.28 download to the bin folder on my server and there is no difference. Didn't that get copied when I did the install or am I not copying the correct file?
