The "store to" email has been working fine for some time and just stopped working yesterday. A confirmation email is sent to the customer, but the admin email does not arrive. We tested the email address we're using and it works fine. We also added an additional "cc" email and this is not delivered either. Any idea on a solution?

Some hosting companies/email service providers don't allow replacing the "from" email with email address other than the one you authenticate with under the dnn host settings smtp section. For example, if you are using google apps for your email server then they will replace the "from" address with the email account you have under your host smtp settings. What email service are you using for your email?

Our website is hosted by PowerDNN ... this feature has been working properly for many months. Apparently they restored our website from a backup and now this does not work. Is there something that needs to be reset? thanks

If nothing has changed on your side, I would recommend contacting your Hosting Provider because something has changed there. Perhaps they installed new virus software or a new firwall that is now blocking your emails.
