I was told that the best channel prompt customer support was found in using this forum. I posted a simple question 4 days ago and it sits completely ignored. Can you please explain the reason for this? And more important, could someone please answer my previous support question?

Well, I answer questions that I know the answer to when I have time to answer them.

Since I'm not an employee of Smith Consulting, however I do help with some development, I log on when I have time.  This is our busy season, and we broke $100K in sales on our website last month, and I'm hoping for $150K this month.
