I emailed you a hotfix for the first error on the product detail page let me know if it fixes the first error you are getting. If it doesn't work, as a test I recommend installing a new dnn 5.6 sandbox and download the latest cart v4.31 and install and test. I'm not able to replicate the errors you reported but dnn 5.2 has known bugs and installing/testing on a dnn 5.6 sandbox will determine if the issue is with your portal.
At your service,
Dave Smith

Thanks! I upgraded to DNN 5.6 and I am no longer getting those 2 errors...BUT now the buttons in the product details do not work: continue shopping, and view cart do nothing.
Any other suggestions?
Do you recommend that I uninstall the program and re-install it? If so...do I also apply the hotfixes or should the DNN upgrade take care of that?
Thanks again for your help...I hope to get this working for us and we can purchase it!
Michelle

I am getting similar errors but have not been able to pin point yet exactly what is causing them. I have a fresh install of DNN 5.6 and installed the latest trial version of smith cart about three days ago.
The error comes randomly when navigating from the Buynow Module to Checkout and some time from Checkout back to Buynow module. Also, the cart looses its contents with the error.

Hi Syed,
The issues you are having have been fixed. Please download the full version of the Cart from the downloads page and do a clean install as described in this forum post: http://www.smith-consulting.com/Forums/forumid/13/postid/3931/scope/posts.aspx
Thanks, Kevin

Is the full version different from the trial version I am running.
1) I downloaded the trial version only couple of days ago, so it should be fresh, shouldn't it?
In any case if I have to do a clean install:
2) I can not access the downloads page, I am not permitted i guess. Do you need to give me any permission?
3) If I do a clean install, is there any way I can save all the products data I have imported and the settings I have done?
Regards,
Syed.

Hi Syed,
1. I would download the most recent version from the downloads page.
2. If you need access to the downloads page please send me your purchase receipt and your userid on our site to kevin@smith-consulting.com and I will give you access to the downloads page.
3.The forum post above has instructions on backing up your data as well.
Thanks, Kevin

Kevin...
#1...I followed the instructions to do the clean install...and unfortunately none of the files were able to be re-loaded back in. I kept getting an error when I tried to import from the store backup so there was no data. But really...that's not that big of a deal because we didn't have much data to begin with...we were still testing. (if we were fully functioning that would be really BAD...is it common for that to happen?)
#2...How do I add the information to the tax tables?

Kevin -
It looks like I'm going through similar problem as noted in this thread. Here's my Page Load Exception. As you can see, I'm using DNN 6.2.4, SmithCart 5.00, and Smith.Vendor 5.0.0.

Hi Mike,
I believe this issue has been addressed in a recent release. To confirm the issue is fixed in the latest version of the Cart you can download and install the latest cart version from the downloads page:
Full Cart Downloads:
http://www.smith-consulting.com/Suppo...
Trial Downloads:
http://www.smith-consulting.com/Forum...
Important: Please make sure you install and test on a NEW DNN sandbox account before installing to your live site. Additionally, before you install to your live portal please make sure you have a full backup in case you need to rollback.
Thanks
