Add Min Qty box

The minimum qty is in the description box rather than underneath the qty field box.

On the Products Details Page, is there a way to display Minimum QTY? At the moment just has a QTY box...and when you add in a number then an error message pops up to say sorry minimum qty is 20.....can the QTY box be called Min QTY and be autopopulated with the minimum QTY?
