I need to be able to add conditional variants to the entire cart so at checkout eg Guest Names printed on card +$110....not to each product, can you let me know how this is done?

Which one should I be looking at?

Basically need to see an example of choosing a variant eg +$15 but if in QTY they type 50 then this amount is only calculated once....not x 50.....
