Hi,

 

In using 4.38, when we send a shipping notification to a customer, it is sending a completely blank email. The title comes through OK. I tested this on a test order to myself.

 

The Ship Email Template is setup using the default template when the new email template system was activated.

 

We use the combine shipping and handling option, but in any setting of this, the customer still gets blank email bodies.

Hi Steve,

The issue has been addressed in Cart v.4.40 which will most likely be released tomorrow.
