Special Handling Instructions and Delivery Date show up after check out.

According to the documentation, Special Handling instructions should shouw up twice. Once in so you can fill them in and once after you submit so you can see them on the confirmation email, I would guess. I only see the Special Handling instructions after I have submitted the order. Is this correct?

That is correct special instructions are collected one time on the confirmation page after the payment is processed.

Where do they go so the fullfilment center and the custoemr gets a record of them? I haven't yet gotten a confirmation email so it is there, forgive me. I still have never received one.

The special instructions entered on the confirmation page are saved in orders table and are viewable from the manage orders screen accessed from the store admin menu. A confirmation email with the special instructions is also sent out to the 3rd party fulfillment house,customer and store admin when the user clicks the "Save/Continue" button on the confirmation page. Email me a screen shot of your smtp settings in dnn so I can take a look to see if they are configured properly. I get email confirmations every day from our online store on our website so i know the emails work.
