I know you are getting ready to release your v4.4 of the cart but have you tested it with older browsers? I ask because currently your test portal is using 4.4 but when I run it on IE6 or IE7 to view your portal, it's pretty unusable. (See attached). However, on my own site, I'm still using your 4.38 cart and didn't see that problem.
