I'm getting close to launch of our ecommerce store, and have to start delegating logins and tasks for specific users (receptionists, accounting, customer service, etc) and am in the process of creating their accounts.
I'm starting with the receptionist, who will mainly just be loggin on to check orders (verifying them against the email generated) and add tracking numbers when an item ships.
For our Buy.Now page, I set permission's for this person's account as able to "View Page", and "Edit Page". They can get to the store admin module, but when they click on a module, the same page just loads....any ideas why?
