I noticed that if I uncheck 'Hide Quantity' in the cart settings, the quantities show for each product (good!)

I can then select 'Hide Quantity' per product, and it hides the quantity field (also good)

But, when I view the product details of a product that I have 'Hide Quantity' selected, that quantity isn't showing, and it should be, because I don't have 'Hide Quantity' ticked in the product detail module. That is how it should work, right?

I'm thinking that needs to be fixed? If I'm wrong let me know, but I'm thinking that the quantity field should show on the product detail page even if you have it hidden at the individual product level.

Beyond that, what field in the SQL tables needs to be turned on and off for all of these settings to take place? I'd have to have to go through a GUI to change all of the products when I can just write a simple query to change whatever needs to be changed.

Well that might have to be for a later date, but the thing I'd like to know before that is which colume in each tables can be altered to so that I don't have to tick the checkbox's for 400 products. What I'll do is just hide it on the product listing and product detail page, but have it showing on the cart page. What table / column can I do that in for Product listing and Product Detail?
