My client has a merchant account with eProcessing Network. Their documentation states that they can emulate the Authorize.Net gateway. How do I change Smith Cart to use the new url. Below is more information on eProcessing Network.

eProcessingNetwork also offers emulation of Authorize.Net TM. This makes it easy for developers who have already integrated Authorize.NetTM to utilize eProcessingNetwork Transaction Processing Services.

Typically all a developer has to do is change the URL they access from

https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll

to

https://www.eProcessingNetwork.Com/cgi-bin/an/order.pl

Pass in the merchants' eProcessingNetwork Account Number as the x_login. Additional details about the Authorize.NetTM emulator offered by eProcessingNetwork are available here.

Hi Ronald,

We would be happy to check on the integration with eProcessing Network. If you would like programming to provide you with a quote to make the change, please send an email with a link to this post to sales@smith-consulting.com.

Thanks,

If it really is a simple as eProcessing Network says it is, i.e., change the url, then I can probably handle that. If it is more difficult I'll check on a quote.

Right now my client is anxious to go live. So can you point me at the location of the url within the code?

Hi Ronald,
Currently, the urls for Auth.net are compiled in the dlls and are not available to change in the ascx pages. Do you also need the recurring billing (ARB) options with auth.net available for the eProicessing Network? The following are your 2 options for changing the urls/adding e-processing network as a gateway option int he cart

  • We can provide a quote to change the urls and add eProcessing Network as a gateway option. If all that is involved is changing the urls it would only be a nominal fee to make this change.
  • Purchase the cart source code which will allow you to make the url changes yourself.

If you would like to move forward with either of these options if please send an email to sales@smith-consulting.com
