In the Manage orders/order detail section, We can see how to change a product to another using the product dropdown menu, but how do we delete a product without deleting the entire order?

Also, will a change in price (up or down) be communicated to Authorize.net and refelected in the customer's financial transaction when a change is made in SmithCart?

Hi Armando,

The option to delete the line item products within an order transaction is currently not supported, only the ability to delete the entire order. But I do agree it would be a useful feature to add. If you would like a quote for us to add this feature enhancement please send an email to sales@smith-consulting.com with a link to the forum post.

In regards to the price adjustment communicating with Auth.net after a purchase is updated, the only time the Manage Order Details will communicate back with Auth.net is when a credit card is settled when processed using the Authorize Only Payment Method so you would be able to change the amount before the transaction is settled/closed.

How do you have your Payment Methods configured?
