No one else out there has had this problem? I have now installed this module on 2 different DNN isntallations, 2 different servers. Customer & payment information is never viewable, only orders. Someone else out there must be having this same issue.

Can you post the error from the dnn event viewer?

I believe we found the issue you reported. We logged into your portal and you had about 10 portals in the dnn install. The portal that you reported was not able to view customer and payment history was portal id 38. When we viewed the data in the customer table the portal id saved for the customer was 0. It looks like the user you placed the order with was initially created under portal 0 subsequently you created the new portal with a portal id 38 and logged in with the user that was created under portal 0. When a user is logged in and places an order in the cart, the cart doesnt create a new customer record if the customer already exists in the customer table thats why the customer was not viewable from manage customers from portal 38. The order that was saved had the correct portal id 38 in the smitih_orders table. This issue would never arise for new users or existing users that had only purchased from portal 38 and the customer record didn’t already exist with a portalid 0 assigned to it.
