After the 4.46 update from 4.42 - When I go in to edit the product info on the Manage Products screen. It does nto save anything. For example... if I change the qty or the summary of a product and click Update at the bottom. It says that it saves. but when I go to the cart on the front end... the summary does not show (if it did not have one previously)... or does not change. If I go back into edit the product I can see that it did not actually update the product - it reverted back.

I performed this update to fix the shipping email issues with the date... and now this occured. Please advise.

I am using 4.46 and am not experiencing this issue and I upgraded from 4.42 as well.  Maybe something happened during your upgrade processs?  Can you revert back to 4.42 using a backup?

I noticed that for every single product in the store it set the Sale Price and the Wholesale Price to -79228162514264337593543950335.00 after the upgrade

If I remove this and then save the product it works...

I saw that as well and just removed it without knowing that it might be causing updates not to be saved.  I only had a few products in the store at the time..

This makes me assume that anyone who upgrades will see this then. If you have hundreds of products with pricing variants... this could be a big issue. Can anyone confirm at Smith confirm this bug?

I will say that those fields were originally blank - I wionder if no values trigger this issue. Might be something to test against.

glad I wasn't the only one seeing it this time around.

Hi Guys,

I have been able to replicate in the Add Products screen that products entered before the upgrade will have "-79228162514264337593543950335.00" in the Sale Price and Wholesale price which is causing the changes to the product to not be saved. I have forwarded this into programming as a high priority issue and we will have a patch available very soon.
