Hi Stan,

Currently the users have the ability to specify the quantity desired for the main products and variants included with the main product. The ability to enter individual quantities for multiple variants of the same product has not yet been programmed. As an alternative, you could create a product for each color selection so the customer can specify the quantity desired for purchase for each color option.
