Manual Payment - Error in event viewer

Hi,

I am using smith cart 4.50 and dnn 5.6 I get this problem using manual payments but know one can help It looks to me that smit cart is throwing this error. I realy need to reslove this issue as the client is advertising the site. The only reason I use smith cart is it older versions has been used on there other sites with no issues. This is realy frustrating as I have developers looking at it and they can resolve with out source code. It looks like the issue is with DNN user profile which is currently set in dnn as public.

If any one can help would be appiciated. See attched for cart settings.

Hi Buck,

I believe I have narrowed down on what is causing this issue for you. In the Cart Setting under General Cart Setup for the Save DNN Profile Field feature, the Prefix is never prompted to be entered during checkout. As a test could you try to change the field to First Name or Last Name or one of the fields which are entered on Step 1 of the checkout process.
