Upgraded to 4.52 and all my order notification emails are blank. The invoice emails sent to the customer are fine.

Hi Brian,

Which version of the Cart did you upgrade from? In Cart v.4.36 we added "Email Template Management" in the Admin Menu to customize the look of your store's emails. Have you set up or enabled the email templates?

Thanks,

I don't know what version we were on however, I HAVE NOT setup any email templates. However, the default templates were fine and now I have nothing. I wouldn't even know where to start. Are there no default email templates? I don't need fancy email reports but I do need to know what ny customers purchased so we can fulfill their orders. What can you tell me?

I tried to create an email template and got this error.

The stored procedure 'dbo.TLOL_Smith_AddEmailTemplateSC' doesn't exist.

I can't find these procedures anywhere.

There are 3 showup in the dropdown box to select from but I can't find them.

Another Question, if they show up in the drop down box than why are they missing.

Another Question, why does your production release of the live software have missing stored procedures?

Please help as I am having to manualy go in and print out our orders and fax them to our fulfullment house.

Hi Brian,

The stored proc for the email template is included in the cart install package if extract the zip and do a search in files for the stored proc name you will see it there.  Here is a forum post where you can get the stored proc:

Also, I recommend installing/upgrading on your test site first before installing on your live site to avoid any production issues.

Thanks,
