Hi

 

We downloaded the trial version of Smith Cart, successfully installed the module suite, set up the store and product details pages and got ourselves a test account from Authorize.net.  We are now trying to test the checkout process of the module and have been having problems.

 

Payment Gateway Choice – Authorize.Net (SIM)

Login ID and Transaction Key entered

Receipt link test entered

Test Mode checkbox is checked

 

We are able to add products to the shopping cart and the checkout process comes to the confirmation page without any problems.  However, when we click on the submit button nothing happens.  It is supposed to go to Authorize.net website to take the credit card information but all that happens is that the page is reloaded.

 

Can you please let us know where we messed up?

What version of the cart are you running? Do you have any errors in your dnn event viewer?

Cart Version is 4.52.0

DNN Version is 05.05.00

Event Viewer error is as follows:
Error : Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Stacktrace: : at Smith.DNN.Modules.BuyNow.Confirm.RedirectAuthNetHosted() at Smith.DNN.Modules.BuyNow.Confirm.ProcessStatus(PaymentStatusInfo status) at Smith.DNN.Modules.BuyNow.Confirm.Submit() at Smith.DNN.Modules.BuyNow.Confirm.btnSubmit_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e)

Hi Ghanasyam,

I have confirmed this issue of when using the Authorize.net (SIM) Gateway in Test Mode, clicking on the Submit button on the Confirmation page, the screen will refresh and not proceed to the next step of checkout. I have sent this into programming and i will postback as soon as an update is available.

Hi Ghanasyam,

This issue has been addressed and the solution will be available in the release of Cart v.4.60 scheduled for release 9/22.

Is there any update on the release of 4.6?  We are experiencing the same problem, which is at the moment preventing us from going live with our store.

Cart v4.6 has been released!!! The full version is available on the cart downloads page and the trial version if available via the trial downloads button.
