Hi,

I am not sure what is going on but I have uploaded 11 products to a category but only 7 come up on the product listing page.

I know they are there because when I go to manage products they are in there, with the right category.

clicking 'next page' button doesnt do anything, I can only see the same products.

Exactly the same thing happens with another category. I have 10 products in there but only 7 are shown?

 

What can this be?

Hi Niels,

Which version of the Cart and DNN are you running? It sounds like you are running the trial version of the Cart. The trial version of the cart limits the display to 7 products and displays a small trial message at the bottom of the screen other than that it is a fully functional cart. When you purchase a license you can just upload the license key and the 7 product limit and trial message will be removed.

I did purchase the cart but apparenlty installed the trial version. I am requesting the license key now. Do I need to re-install the cart or can I activate the trial somewhere by entering the license key?

Hi Niels,

When you purchase a license you can just upload the license key and the 7 product limit and trial message will be removed.

Hi Niels,

The license files are copied to the root directory of your DNN install. The root directory of your DNN install is where the web.config resides.
