Hello,

We are running DNN 6.0, Smith Cart 4.58, SQL 2008. Running two carts, one for quotes and the other for sales. I recently enabled show 'view details' button and wishlist email reminder on sales Buy Now page. I am now getting the following error when accessing the Buy Now Settings:

Error: is currently unavailable.DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at Smith.DNN.Modules.BuyNow.BuyNowSettings.LoadSettings() --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

I do not get this error when accessing the other Buy Now Page settings. I have tried the following: move module to another page without any other modules, tried from localhost, change to DNN default skins and containers, clear browser cache, try from another browser, reinstall and repair Smith Cart 4.58. Looked for table in SQL with Buy Now settings, did not find it.

I have attached a log viewer instance also. Any help would be greatly appreciately. We are not live yet, hope to be by the end of October.

Hi Tony,

Is your store installed locally or in a portal? Are both BuyNow module installed on the same site? Did the error first appear after moving the BuyNow module to another page?

Thanks,

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for responding. Both BuyNow modules are installed on same site, we have only one portal. This error happened before moving the module to another page. We are designing from a development site: http://dev.ordermatic.com . The error does happen on localhost also. Thanks

Fixed it. We initially created three stores with three product detail pages all named uniquely. But on the Admin > Pages, the three stores were showing but two of the product detail pages were not listed. After going into dbo.Tabs and finding the missing pages; I was able to type the url and access them. Moved them to a new parent page and then back again. Now they are listed under Admin > Pages and the Buy Now Settings are accessible again. We are on DNN6. Thought the missing page issue with DNN had been resolved.

Hi Tony,

Glad you found the resolution, we were not aware of a missing page issue with DNN 6. Thank you for your feedback!
