The custom textboxes and the custom dropdown do not show in the confirmation status (after payment) page if I insert a custom checkout page. If I use the native confirmation page these custom fields show up in the afte payment page. I need to use the custom checkout page because the client has a terms page the customer must agree to prior to checkout.

On a similar note - how can i make the custom fields required?

I have the same issue. [CUSTOMTEXTBOX1] doesn't show on the email templates that I have configured (not sure if that is a seperate issue or not)

Kevin / Mike - I also have the same issue with the email templates not showing the custom textboxes. It appears as though I can't get the custom textboxes/dropdown to show up on email templates or after payment confirmation page. Also if I insert a custom checkout page the custom text boxes won't show up after I click the link to go to the confirmation page. (Not sure if that made sense,)

Can you post a screenshot of your Cart settings and Email Templates and i will see it I can replicate this issue on our test portal.

Hi Mike,

I have not been able to replicate the issue of the [CUSTOMTEXTBOX1] and [CUSTOMTEXTBOX2] tokens not showing up that you reported. Below are the screenshots of my configuration as well as the email received.

Hi,

Where is the account no. field in the confirmation screen pulled from? I got my template working (spelled something wrong, that's why it wasn't working), and the po and account no pull over fine to the email template, but nothing on the confirmation screen, it's just blank

Hi Mike,

Which version of the Cart are you running and how do you have your Payment Methods configured? One of the Shipping Methods is most likey causing the Account No. field to be displayed.

Hi Mike,

Can you post a screenshot of your Cart Settings? I have not been able to determine which setting is causing the Account No. field to be displayed.
