Hi - I'm running DNN 6.0.2 and Smith Cart 4.6. i have Smith Cart configured on my main portal with the SSL and everthing is fine but  as soon as I enable SSL on my child portal it begins redirecting to the main portal instead. I have contacted my hosting company and they have worked through it as well and are getting the same results.

Thanks, Dee

Seems there is a conflict with friendly URLs. Once I disabled them and restarted the application. It is working - for now.

Hi Dee,

The cart is just a module that sits on a page with or without ssl enabled, there is no specific coding in the cart that is specific your domain name or SSL. SSL certs are installed in IIS and enabled in dnn either portal wide or by page.

If you are trying to run 2 portals using shared hosting with a shared IP and the same SSL cert you most likely will need to upgrade your hosting to a dedicated ip in order to get SSL working properly on both portals.
