I hope you can clarify for me. We sell software products and upon successful payment processing we want to allow the download of the softwre. I have set-up a download page url for the product.  Does this mean that I cannot or should not set-up Success redirect url in the BuyNow Settings? I am not sure how the successful payment process goes and I want to add a custom message that lets them know that the payment process was successful and that they can download - where do I do that?  Do I need both a download page and a Succesful redirect url - or just the download page for the product?

Hi Judy,

When referring to "download page url" is this the Download URL which you set up on the Product Setup screen? When the Download URL is configured for the Product, the download button will show up on the Confirmation page after successful purchase next to the product in the order details. The download button is also available to the user in the My Accounts module for downloading after purchase and if enabled, can be sent in the User Email Confirmation as well. In order for the download link to be displayed you have to have a completed transaction with a payment status of Approved and an Auth code. You can sign for an authorize.net test account at the following link, once you have your test account you will not be required to process transactions in your store with Test Mode. https://developer.authorize.net/testa...
