We are utilizing DNN and purchased your Smith Cart module.

We do have a couple of quick questions about it….

1. Can we take multiple currencies (both Dollars and Euros)?
2. Can we create a way to “upgrade” a product…. For example, we have 4 “products” which are services we provide. These services are on a subscription basis (auto renewed monthly) and we would like a way for the user to “upgrade” their current service to another level (for example upgrade from the $5 monthly level to the $10 monthly level). We would need a way to provide credit for the unused portion of the current service level I think…..

Does your cart currently do this….or is there a way to modify if to do this?

1. Yes you can setup multiple currencies in the cart. First, create 2 pages in your portal and add add the buynow module to each page. Next, configure the first buynow module for US dollars and configure the second buynow module for Euros.

2. Currently, in the cart there is no way for a user to upgrade an existing subscription, they would have to cancel their existing subscription and then purchase the new upgraded subscription.
