Hi,

I recently updated the cart to version 4.67, and customers cannot view invoices in their order list. I did make sure the invoice template was initialized and saved. They get an error after pressing "Invoice":

 

A critical error has occurred.
Can't get ModuleId for given module name 'Smith.BuyNow'

 

Also, when customers press "Select", the order information expands, but this text is also displayed (to the regular user):

 

Please Configure BuyNow Page Name in Module Settings
 


Would these 2 errors be related?

Hi Steve,

Which version of the Cart did you upgrade from?

Are you referring to the MyAccounts module?

Hi Kevin,

Yes, it was the MyAccounts module. I saw I had to configure it.... So I did that and the error is gone!

The only problem no is that the Invoice page is blank when it pops up. I do have an invoice configured in the Invoice Templates.

Hi Steve,

I just tried to re-produce this issue on my test portal and was unable to recreate the same behavior. I believe this issue may be your installation of the Cart has gotten out of sync or an issue with your environment (hosting, server, iis, etc). To verify this, you can create a DNN sandbox on your desktop or laptop using the following link and install SmithCart v.4.67 so you can verify correct behavior which should isolate the issue as being in the Cart or your server/DNN portal setup.
