Smith Shopping Cart 4.84

I have been receiving email both as a customer and a store admin just fine for a credit card payment.  But now I have added bill me as a payment option and I do not recieve an email as a custor nor as the store amin when I select bill me. All the rest of the processing seems to be working fine - I go to the confirmation page and when I click contnue I go to the redirect page I set-up - but no email.  What am I missing?

Hi Judy,

I just tried to re-produce this issue on my test portal and was unable to recreate the behavior you reported (see screenshot below), but I may not have the exact same configuration as you. Can you login to our test site http://www21.smith-consulting.com/ and try to replicate the error. This will determine if the issue is with the latest version of the cart or an issue with your specific dnn portal/Cart install.

Hi Kevin,
I went to your test site and logged in with the credentials that you sent me. I set-up the store for bill me and ran a transaction through and I am getting a blank email message with the subject line of non subject I am not getting an email message with the billing information you show above.

I hope that you can help get to the bottom of why I am not getting an email with the details when I select bill me. I was also getting

Hi Judy,

I took a look at the configuration of the www21 test environment you were given access to. It looks like the reason you were receiving a blank email message was that the Email Templates had not been configured. I setup the basic Email Templates and made a transaction and received the Email Confirmations without any problem.
