question on reports

Quick question... how often is the data in the Smith cart store reports updated? Is it a nightly job that runs or does it instantly show when an order is placed in the Smith cart store?

I'm using DNN Community Edition 5.06.00 (459) and Smith Cart version 4.84.0.
