When a customer goes to the "My Orders" section they can see and select their orders as expected.  When they click on the "Invoice" link for any given order, however, it directs them to a page that returns nothing - it's completely blank.  No error, but no content. It's just a 4 line HTML document with an empty body tag.  I did create an Invoice Template to see if that made a difference, but it did not.

Hello,

Which version of the Cart and DNN are you currently running?

Did you set the BuyNow Page name in the MyAccount module settings?

Please post a screenshot of the MyAccount Invoice Template which was setup.

SmithCart 4.87

 

Yes, the BuyNow page is set.  The orders show up.  Selecting an order works and I can view the order details.  Selecting the invoice simply fails.

I'm unable to upload a screen shot as I keep getting an error when I try to upload.

Hello,

I just tried to re-produce this error on my test portal and was unable to replicate the issue but I may not have the exact same configuration as you. Can you login to our test site http://www21.smith-consulting.com/ and try to replicate the error. This will determine if the issue is with the latest version of the cart or an issue with your specific dnn portal/cart install.
