Thursday 3/8/12 we had an order come through on the cart where no shipping charge was added. We can find no errors in our site settings to account for this problem. Our shipping cost is tied directly to UPS and there appears to be an option in the UPS pull down menu with a --$0.00 which should not be there and has not been in the past. I have a screen capture to display this error, but your site is currently unable to let me make the attachment (jpg or png).
