Hi,

I need help with the AUTO POPULATE function.
Bellow there is the option I am using.

Here is the profile of my user of test.

Here is when I start a order with this user (option VIEW CART):

Because it is required, I have to fill some fields (NOTICE that I filled with the word TEST). On the next step already is showed the correct information (from user profile).

After click on "proceed to checkout", it shows the correct information (from user profile).

Could you fix this situation or tell if I have to config something please?

I also would like to know which field in user profile populate the field "State/Region" in smithcart, please.

Hi PWM,

Which version of DNN are you currently running?

How do you have your Shipping and Handling Setup section configured?

I have just tested the "Use Only DNN Profile To Auto Populate" option and I have not been able to replicate the issue of the fields not be populated on the Cart screen (See screen shot below) but I may not have the exact same configuration as you. Can you login to our test site and try to replicate the issue? This will determine if the issue is with the latest version of the cart or an issue with your specific DNN portal/Cart install.
