1. In 4.99 it appears that SkipJack Payment Method does not passs numeric street number and zip code through SKIP Jack.

2. If you specify that one coupon is allowed per order it will still allow you to add any applicable coupons which would result in over discounting the product.

3.  Coupons are not being taken into consideration when the payment type is Paypal.

4.  Paypal does not seem to be notifiying the cart that payment has been recieved.

Can someone please help us so that we can get these issues taken care of?

Hi Jon,

1. If you could provide me with test credentials to the SkipJack gateway, I will test this issue in our test environment. Please send the credentials with a link to this post to kevin@smith-consulting.com

2. How do you have your coupon configured? When you say "If you specify that one coupon is allowed per order", are you referring to the "Coupon Quantity" or "Coupon Limit"?

3. Which PayPal Gateway option are you using? Payments Standard, PayFlow Pro, Payments Pro, or the PayPal checkout option?

4. Which PayPal Gateway option are you using? Payments Standard, PayFlow Pro, Payments Pro, or the PayPal checkout option?

Hi Jon,

1. Please test issue you reported with SkipJack in our www21 test environment using the credentials which we emailed to you.

2. I replicated the issue of an order level coupon has a Coupon Quantity set as "1", the coupon can be added more times than is specified and have sent this issue into programming. Regarding the Coupon Limit issue, As a temporary solution, you should be able to enable "Inventory Management on the Cart Page" in the BuyNow settings to enforce the coupon limit.

3. I was able to replicate the coupon issue when using the PayPal Checkout Option the discounted total is not sent to PayPal issue and have sent it into programming.

I will also postback to your forum thread with this same information as well as an update as soon as it can be provided.

Thanks,

Hi there

Just want to make sure the issue I have is covered by what you posted here. It looks like the same issue:

  • 3. I was able to replicate the coupon issue when using the PayPal Checkout Option the discounted total is not sent to PayPal issue and have sent it into programming.

Setup: Cart 4.99, DNN6, Paypal Website Payments Standard

When I redeem my order with a coupon (100%), I still gets redirected to PayPal and the transaction is processed as if no coupon was used.

Hope you can resolve this soon.

Greetings

Gerrit

Hi Gerrit,

I have confirmed when the result an an applied coupon gives you a total of "$0.00" you will be directed to PayPal where you cannot run a transaction with an amount less than $0.01. I have sent this issue into programming and I will post back as soon as an update is available.

Thank you for reporting this and thank you for your feedback!
