When I first select a product with variants and go to the Check Out page variants are displayed. The issue happens when I leave the Check Out page, add a new product and come back to the Check Out page. The first product is missing the variants and do not reappear.

Any idea what would cause this to happen?

Hello,

Which version of DNN are you currently running?

Are there any errors logged to your DNN Event Viewer?

When did you first start noticing the issue?

Unfortunately, I am unable to test the same version of the cart which you are running. Can you login to our test site try to replicate the issue. This will determine if the issue is with the latest version of the cart or an issue with your specific dnn portal/cart install.

What test site has products with options?

We purchased the source code in 2011 and I can send you exactly what we received.
