Hi, we are running shopping cart version 2.92 on dnn5. Every function looks fine. But shipping methods not working. I go to Smith. buynow module, click "setting", go to "shipping setup" and choose either of the options shows below.
When I tested the shipping by checkout some products, it only shows free shipping. Any solution? Thanks.

When you choose "Product Level Shipping Costs" you need to go into the product setup -> shipping costs screen and enter a shipping cost for each product. Did you enter a shipping cost for each product? I just tested the product level shipping and it works.

Hi, thanks for the reply.
Actually we would like to set the shipping rules by order amount. over 100 is free, less than 100 will charge 20. I have add custom shipping methods on "store admin"-"shipping". And choose "custom ship methods by order amount" on the module "settings". But when check out products, amount less than 100 still shows free shipping, there is no list down box to choose which shipping rules customers would like to use when do in check out.
And no matter which shipping rules I choose on the "settings", it always shows free shipping when testing on check out. Looks like shipping can not functioning. Any good suggestion? Thanks

Shipping works in the cart most likely you have configured it incorrectly in the cart. If you want to post screen shots of all your shipping settings that you have configured I will take a look and let you know if I see anything.

On the "Manage Shipping By Order Total" screen try adding another record with the following values:
Ship Method = "Over 100"
Order Total From = 101
Order Total To = 1000
Shipping Cost = 0
Remove the 100 from "Free Shipping for Orders over x $$'s" in the cart admin settings.

Hi, I have try your instruction. Still no help at all.
Will the shipping rules be affected by "payment method setup"? I have try on my local PC, if only check "credit card", "show bill me later", "telephone", it could show the shipping methods list down box when check out. But after change the "payment method setup" to check all the options, the shipping mentod only free shipping at all, even when you set back "payment method setup" settings.

Shipping is not affected by the payment method setup. I will test out the scenario you have setup on my test portal and let you know what I find.

Hi, we have already publish our shopping cart. But the shipping is still not working. As I mentioned above, whenever I set the shipping rules, I only show free shipping when checking out. Is there any repair installation to fix the shipping function?

Hi, I have upgraded our shopping cart to version 2.96. The shipping still not working.
I have also found out something. I updated our products using import product function. And I checked, all the products used import function uploaded to shopping cart, when checking out, their shipping data all be free shipping. And if I manually update a product, it can use the shipping function without problem.

In your sample import record your product weight is zero. Try importing your data with valid product weights
