Images on Store Admin Main Menu missing

On the store admin Main Menu, the images for the various functions do not appear, with the exception of UPS Worldship Export. The images are the correct folder, but the path to the folder is only correct for the UPS icon. The other links are messed up.

This path does not work:

This path does work:
http://mywebsite.com/DesktopModules/S...

Similar problem on the product page w/ the Add to Cart image:

How do I fix this?
