SSL and SmithCart

Hello again, good SmithCart sirs,

I was curious about SSL and Smith Cart. I found the SSL guide put together two years ago here:

Is it still necessary to enable SSL on all buy now pages? It seems a bit silly to secure pages that contain only product listings, and no secure information. Is it possible to just enable SSL at the checkout process?

Hi Alex,

The checkout pages such as the Cart, Step 1 and Step 2 pages are sub-pages of the BuyNow module so it is necessary to enable SSL on the you have added your BuyNow module.
