Problem with Shipping by Order Amount

Hi there

I have a brand new DNN 6.2.1 installation with Smith Cart 5.0 on and no other non-standard modules. I am trying to configure shipping by order amount so that orders over £100 are free shipping.

No matter what I try and set it always shows as free shipping, I have attached screen shots of the relevant settings screens. Any pointers as to where I am going wrong would be most appreciated.

I've checked the event log and there are no errors in there.

Hmmm, I get an error when trying to upload the attachments, so I will describe my settings.

In the store settings I have chosen 'Shipping by Order Amount' and entered 100 in the 'Free Shipping for Orders over X $$'. I've also set the handling costs to 0 and combined the 'Shipping & Handling'

In the shipping settings from the admin menu I have clicked on the 'By Order Amount' button and added the following two entries

'All categories', Blank, from 0 to 100, Cost: 8.50
'All categories', Blank, from 100.01 to 99999.99, Cost: 0

I've tried removing the 2nd line but this makes no difference.

Hi Paul,

I just tried to re-produce this issue on my test portal and was unable to recreate the behavior you reported. (Please see screenshots below) however I may not have the exact same configuration as you. I would like to have you login to one of our public test portals and configure the cart the way you have your cart configured and try to replicate the issue. This will determine if the issue you are reporting is with the latest version of the cart or an issue with your specific dnn portal/cart install.
