Per your recommendation, I researched the possibility of using the Shipwire calculator instead of the UPS, FedEx, or USPS Real-time Shipping Calculators which has the limitation of providing rates for one shipping carrier.  When I spoke to Shipwire, they informed me of the limited functionality with Smith Cart and Shipwire.  They said that Smith Cart only syncs Inventory and Ship Rates, but does not sync Tracking Numbers nor Order Entry.  These last two would force us to enter tacking info manually for each order.

With that info, Shipwire is not a viable option.

Can you please confirm that this is the case?

Thanks,

Christian

Hi Christian,
You are correct, the cart is integrated with the following 2 Shipwire APIs:

Shipping Rates
http://www.shipwire.com/w/developers/xml-real-time-inventory-2/#request

Inventory Status
http://www.shipwire.com/w/developers/xml-real-time-inventory-2/#request

We are not yet integrated with the Shipwire Order Entry and Order Tracking APIs
