Hello again my Smith Cart friends -

I am unable to import products using the supplied Product Import Spreadsheet Template from:

At first I receive the error:
"Product Import Title Tag" when trying to import.

I assumed this was related to the top row of column titles, so I deleted this column and tried to re-import. I then receive this error:
"Product Import Error Categories"

I tested this on my website, as well as the test website provided me by you guys at:
www21.smith-consulting.com/

I tried using the product information supplied by default in the downloaded spreadsheet. I deleted it down to one product, and it still will not import. The format of the categories provided in the downloaded spreadsheet is as follows:

Facility Maintenance & Safety Supply~Safety Supply~First Aid Products

I even tried using the spreadsheet for the previous versions, and that one does not work either, as the import is expecting the "delete" column.

I have set up a fresh dnn installation with smith cart 5.22.

I tested importing one product. The import was successful, but the three new fields still did not populate on the product.

I also did a test import on the test portal provided to me by Smith Cart. The new fields also did not import there. Could you please look into this? This functionality would be key to my site moving forward.

No, you should save the csv exported to xls before importing your products.

We were able to replicate the issue in the product import with the new fields,"Title Tag", "Keyword Tag", and "Description Tag" not importing. I will email you the 5.25 build with the fix.
