Our Product Listing module doesn't show all of our products when viewing through Internet Explorer (latest version is what I have). I have it set to show products in 3 columns. It works fine in Google Chrome, but it's only showing one column in IE, and it's not displaying all of our products. I'm attaching a photo of what it looks like in Chrome and another photo of what it looks like in IE. Any suggestions on a fix for this? Need one ASAP!

We have SmithCart 5.0.0
DNN Version 6.02.05
Using DarkNight Skin that comes with DNN.

I also just noticed that when you click on View Cart, when using Internet Explorer, the module doesn't display anything. When you click on View Cart in Google Chrome, it displays the modules contents and says whether or not you have any items in cart, shows buttons, total, shipping, etc... It's costing me quite a bit right now by missing sales, please help me get it fixed ASAP!

Hi Randy,

What version of IE are you running?

Are you in IE's Compatibility Mode?

I took a look at our demo site and the Cart appearing to display without any issue.

Please try the following

1. From the store admin menu, click on the page template button to go into the page template editor and delete all your page templates.

2. In file explorer, navigate to your \portals\[portalid]\smithcart\tenplates folder

3. Delete all the files in the \portals\[portalid]\smithcart\templates folder

4. Reset iis and restart the application from the dnn host menu

5. Go to product listing page and see if your products are displayed.

Tried using IE8 and IE9. I just followed your instructions and it's displaying the same way (not working).

when I login, I don't even have the Store Admin Menu button, or the Manage Cart Settings button. And it's cutting off the thumbnail and details of my first product.

I just upgraded to the latest version of SmithCart, then deleted the templates and now it's working correctly in all web browsers! :)
